Possession of a cycling license and Medical Certificate.
In Italy, to participate in cycling races, it is mandatory to have:
a) membership card of a Cycling Society adhering to a Federation or E.P.S.
b) medical-sports certification attesting to fitness to take part in a race
ALL participants must therefore have a valid medical certificate to show to the Race Organization: FCI members and members of some E.P.S. (ACSI, UISP, CSAIn) who guarantee the existence of the certificate with their management or through the DataHealth service are excluded from this obligation.
