The “GiroSardegna-Gold” is the Super-Event of the “31st GiroSardegna”!!
Adding the Gravel to an established event now in its 31st edition has made it possible to “add” an important race to an event that was already “special” in itself, making it “Unique”!!
And on May 1st the week closes with an important race: the FCI Italian Gravel Championship, a single event, which awards the Tricolore Jersey to the professionals and to all amateur categories!
Over seven stages you can therefore race from the sea to the mountains on routes of incomparable beauty in the Sardinian spring, in settings that ONLY the GiroSardegna-Gold can offer: the cyclist chooses one of the two road routes (MedioGiro and GranGiro) and then also rides the Gravel on May 1st, adding up the times for the final Gold Jersey.
