GiroSardegna CLASSIC – Participation Fees

You can join by paying the entire race fee + any hotel fee and supplements

You can also join by paying a deposit of 300 euros per person (the balance must be paid by 28/02/26)

  • Direct registration on the website: fill out the online form and make the payment, which can be made by credit card (in this case there is no need to send copies of the payment) or by bank transfer (sending a copy of the receipt by e-mail to girosardegna@gmai.com).
  • Paper registration: fill out the registration form by entering the complete data of the participants and send it together with a copy of the payment receipt by e-mail (girosardegna@gmai.com).

 

The payment of the fee can be made

  1. by bank transfer to “Mare e Monti” at Monte Paschi di Siena in Cagliari with IBAN code – IT74N0103004800000001735775 and BIC: PASCITMMCAG
    payment to the postal current account 22191092 in the name of “Mare e Monti – Via Mar Ligure, 96 – 09046 – Quartu S.E.”; in the case of a postal transfer, indicate the codes: IT77E0760104800000022191092

Registrations received without a copy of the payment receipt will not be considered valid.

REGISTRATION FEE: with hotel accommodation - €200,00

The fee includes registration for the six races from April 26th to May 1st, gadgets (technical “GiroSardegna” t-shirt), refreshments, timing, medical/mechanical assistance, broom wagon, prizes from random draws, etc.

Prices are per person from April 26th to May 1st - accommodation in a double/triple/quadruple room and full board treatment including drinks.

Registration fee: WITHOUT Hotel - €250,00

(logistical accommodation managed directly by the cyclist: local cyclists or in campers, campsites or private homes, etc.) the fee includes registration for the six races from April 26 to May 1, gadgets (technical T-shirt “GiroSardegna”), refreshments, timing, medical/mechanical assistance, broom wagon, prizes from random draws, etc.

Hotel quote

Hotels can only be booked through the GiroSardegna Organization.

In all hotels, the municipal tourist tax must be paid at the reception (1.50 euros per person per day).
The hotels DO NOT accept animals, but for GiroSardegna, an exeption will be made, if their presence is reported in advance.

Below are the prices for individual hotels:

  • Villaggio Colostrai**** Euro 100 per person/day in full board (registrations by 12/31/25)
  • Hotel Club Torre Salinas**** Euro 110 per person/day in full board (registrations by 12/31/25)
  • 4 Mori Family Village**** Euro 135 per person/day in full board (registrations by 12/31/25)
    Euro 75 per person/day in b&b (registrations by 12/31/25)

Accommodation is in a double/triple room with full board only, including drinks (water/wine). Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, strictly according to the registration date.

Child Discounts:
0-2 years – Free
3-12 years – 50% discount –

Possible supplements:

Transfer from Cagliari Airport: €50.00 with bike – €40.00 without bike for the outward journey and the same amount for the return journey (prices valid for transfers of at least three people – people travelling alone will be grouped with other applicants)

Transfer from Olbia/Alghero Airport: €100.00 with bike – €80.00 without bike for the outward journey and the same amount for the return journey (prices valid for transfers of at least five people – people travelling alone will be grouped with other applicants)

PLEASE NOTE: For transfers from Olbia and Alghero, please contact the organization to discuss the possibility.

Transfer from Cagliari airport: €100.00 with bike – €90.00 without bike for the outward journey and the same amount for the return journey

  • CANCELLATION PENALTIES:

    For cancellations made by February 28, 2026, a €50.00 fee will be retained, with a refund of all other payments. For cancellations made within 10 days of the start date, a €150.00 fee will be retained. No refunds will be applied for cancellations made after that date.

    PENALTY FOR NAME REPLACEMENTS:
    €50.00 – Substitutions can be made up to 10 days before the start date.

    REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

    February 28, 2026 (after this date, registrations will only be accepted for places freed up by cancellations).
